Support Line

So many services are changing due to COVID-19 but our Support Line is still open. Because we are working from home we have changed how to get in touch with us:

  • Or call 03 9880 7000 or 1800 654 013 (regional)

Support Line hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

If you need a language interpreter, please let us know and we will book one on your behalf.

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, call the National Relay Service on 133 677.

If you need support after-hours, call Parentline on 13 22 89, 8am-12am, 7 days.

Our Support Line is a free service for parents and families of children with any type of disability in Victoria.

We can help you to understand your child’s rights and support you to advocate for your child and family.
