Developing a new health and wellbeing model of care for children with a disability and their carers

Would you like to share your experiences with researchers from the University of Melbourne about what your disability service currently does to support your child’s health and wellbeing and what changes you would like to see to improve this support?

You are invited to participate in a project called “Developing a new health and wellbeing model of care for children with a disability and their carers” to prepare the disability sector for the introduction of the NDIS.

The project aims to better understand the needs of children with a disability and this information will be used to develop a new model of care for disability services that will promote better health and wellbeing outcomes in children and their families.

You will be asked to participate in either an interview or focus group. A $20 gift voucher will be provided to acknowledge your contribution.
