Leading to Better Lives is a unique opportunity for families of young people with a disability to dream big for the future in a creative one day workshop and anyone interested in supporting better lives for people with disability.
Lead by filmmaker, disability advocate and parent Sarah Barton with a presentation from her daughter Stella Barton.
These one-day workshops offer families an opportunity to imagine the possibilities for their child’s adult life and arm them with the skills to make that future a reality. Find out why the social model is so important and how it will change the way you view disability forever.
Get ready for a day of creativity and fostering new ideas about disability, featuring clips from Sarah’s extensive film career including some never before seen clips from leading international disability advocates.
