Supporting Siblings Booklet

'Supporting Siblings: When a Brother or Sister has a Disability or Chronic Illness' outlines common sibling responses from early childhood through to adolescence.

With a focus on strategies that promote coping and resilience in sibs, social factors that impact on life experiences are also considered in terms of how they contribute to the ability of Sibs to cope with their situation.

Hard copies of Supporting Siblings are available free to families from the Association office on 03 9818 2000 or 1800 654 013 (rural callers) or by email mail@acd.org.au
