We provide information in a range of ways including free telephone advice (see Our Parent Support Service) and various publications including our magazine, Noticeboard , Through the Maze, Key Regional Contacts Information Sheets, Helping You and Your Family.

We also run and/or contribute to various workshops, seminars and conferences.

In addition to contacting our Parent Support Workers, another source of information about local community supports and services for people with disabilities and their carers is the State Government's Disability Online site.
